Senam Sehat dipimpin bapak Ade Erwin Syaputra, S.Pd

SMA Negeri 1 Sulang secara rutin mengadakan kegiatan Jumat Sehat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan guna menjaga kesehatan seluruh warga SMA negeri 1 Sulang. Jumat Sehat dilaksanakan setiap dua minggu sekali. Kegiatan ini biasanya diisi dengan senam sehat.

Siswa Siswi melaksanakan senam sehat

Gerakan jumat sehat merupakan program sekolah untuk membiasakan seluruh warga sekolah berbudaya hidup sehat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan setiap 2 minggu sekali mulai pukul 07.00 sampai pukul 07.30 WIB. Dengan tubuh yang sehat, diharapkan seluruh warga SMA Negeri 1 Sulang dapat menjalankan kegiatan di sekolah dengan baik.
